RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 870, Reading by Title Only, Waiving Further Reading, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Patterson, Confirming the Termination of the Development Agreement By and Between the City of Patterson and Central Valley-Sierra Associates and Authorizing the Recording of a Notice of Termination.

BACKGROUND
Motion to approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 870, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.

Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 870, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.

ANALYSIS
On September 19, 2023 the City Council approved the first reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 870 in regards to Confirming the Termination of the Development Agreement By and Between the City of Patterson and Central Valley-Sierra Associates and Authorizing the Recording of a Notice of Termination. with no changes requested. Staff is now requesting for the City Council to approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 870 as presented and hereto attached.
