2 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-47
3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 5 ACCEPTING THE PROJECT AS COMPLETE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE 6 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR GROCERY 7 OUTLET
8 WHEREAS, the Developer/Owner, “Best Development Group”, and the 9 Contractor, “AGI General Contracting” have completed all the improvements for the 10 Chipotle in accordance to the contract requirements and plans and specifications; and 11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer(s) and Department of Public Works have inspected 12 the work and recommended that the project be accepted as complete. 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 14 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City 15 of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion for the Grocery Outlet. 16 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 3
rd 17 day of October 2023 by _______________, who moved its adoption, which 18 motion was duly seconded by _________________, and the resolution adopted by the 19 following roll call vote:
