2 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-46
3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 5 ACCEPTING THE PROJECT AS COMPLETE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE 6 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR DUTCH BROS 7 WHEREAS, the Developer/Owner, “Dutch Bros Coffee LLC and the Contractor, 8 “Graves Construction” have completed all the improvements for the Dutch Bros in 9 accordance to the contract requirements and plans and specifications; and 10 WHEREAS, the City Engineer(s) and Department of Public Works have inspected 11 the work and recommended that the project be accepted as complete. 12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 13 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City 14 of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion for the Dutch Bros. 15 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 3
rd 16 day of October 2023 by _______________, who moved its adoption, which 17 motion was duly seconded by _________________, and the resolution adopted by the 18 following roll call vote:
