NOTICE TO LIEN PROPERTY
January 18, 2024
Enclosed please find the invoice for weed abatement. Please be advised that if this invoice remains outstanding by February 20th, 2024, the following will occur:
A lien in the amount of the invoice plus any additional fees, will be placed on the property.
Failure to pay this amount by February 20th, 2024 will result in a City Council Meeting to lien your property.
The invoice amount plus all additional fees, will be eligible for submission to the Stanislaus County Assessor’s Office for collection with the annual property tax bill, and will be forwared to that office for inclusion in the property tax bill.
