2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 4 ACCEPTING THE KINSHIRE WATER REPLACEMENT AND THE STREET FULL 5 DEPTH RECONSTRUCTION (FDR) PAHSE 2 PROJECT: BOUNDED BY SPERRY 6 AVENUE TO THE NORTH, POPPY AVENUE TO THE SOUTH, DEL PUERTO 7 AVENUE TO THE WEST, AND PATTERSON IRRIGATION DISTRICT’S (PID) MAIN 8 CANAL TO THE EAST, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE NOTICE OF 9 COMPLETION
10 11 WHEREAS, the Contractor, “United Pavement Maintenance, Inc.” has completed 12 all work for the Kinshire Water Replacement and the Street Full Depth Reconstruction 13 (FDR) Phase 2 Project: bounded by Sperry Avenue to the north, Poppy Avenue to the 14 south, Del Puerto Avenue to the west, and Patterson Irrigation District’s (PID) main canal 15 to the east, in accordance with the contract requirements and plans and specifications; 16 and
17 WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be 18 accepted as complete.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 20 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City 21 of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and release 22 the Final Retention Payment for the project.
23 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held 24 on February 20, 2024, by _____ , who moved its adoption, which motion was duly 25 seconded by _______, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
