2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 4 ACCEPTING THE SPERRY AVENUE PHASE II PROJECT LOCATED BETWEEN 5 AMERICAN EAGLE AVENUE AND WARD AVENUE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE 6 THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
7 8 WHEREAS, the Contractor, “JV Lucas Paving, Inc.” has completed all work for the 9 Sperry Avenue Improvements Phase II Project located between American Eagle Avenue 10 and Ward Avenue, in accordance with the contract requirements and plans and 11 specifications; and
12 WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be 13 accepted as complete.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 15 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City 16 of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and release 17 the Final Retention Payment for the project.
18 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held 19 on February 20, 2004, by _____ , who moved its adoption, which motion was duly 20 seconded by _______, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
