6.9. Approve the proposal from TJKM Transportation Consultants for the 2023 Citywide Traffic Speed Survey and authorize staff to enter into a negotiated Consultant Agreement with a not to exceed cost of $23,040 and authorize the Finance Department to make the necessary budget amendments.
6.10. Approve Resolution No. 2024-13, Accepting as complete the Water Quality Control Facility Administration Building (WQCF) Project, located at 14901 Poplar Avenue, Patterson, CA 95363, Authorizing Staff to File the Notice of Completion and Commence the One-Year Warranty Period.
