2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 4 ACCEPTING THE WATER QUALITY FACILITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 5 (WQCF) PROJECT LOCATED AT 14901 POPULAR AVENUE IN PATERSON, CA AS 6 COMPLETE; AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND 7 COMMENCE THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PEROID
8 9 WHEREAS, the Contractor, “Bobo Construction, Inc.” has completed all work for 10 the Water Quality Control Facility Administration Building (WQCF) Project, located at 11 14901 Poplar Avenue, in Patterson, in accordance with the contract requirements and 12 plans and specifications; and
13 WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be 14 accepted as complete.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 16 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City 17 of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and release 18 the Final Retention Payment for the project.
19 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held 20 on March 5, 2004, by _____, who moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded 21 by _______, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
