RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 872, Reading by Title only, Waiving Further Reading, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Patterson, Adding Chapter 9.43, Health and Hygiene, of Title 9, Public Peace, Morals and Welfare to the Patterson Municipal Code.

Motion to Approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 872, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 872, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On May 21, 2024 the City Council approved the First reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 872 in regards to Adding Chapter 9.43, Health and Hygiene, of Title 9, Public Peace, Morals and Welfare to the Patterson Municipal Code. Staff is now requesting for the City Council to approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 872, with no changes as presented and hereto attached.
