2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 4 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FINALIZE, 5 EXECUTE, AND IMPLEMENT A DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH 6 PROPERTY OWNER MOHAMMED S. ALTARB FOR 314 N. 2ND STREET (APN# 131- 7 010-030-) BUSINESS; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE 8 AGREEMENT
9 WHEREAS, Mohammed S. Altarb (“Developer/Property Owner) has requested the 10 deferral of required private improvements (trash enclosure and grease interceptor) for his business located in the City of Patterson at 314 N. 2nd 11 Street; and 12 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of the City of Patterson, the City Council 13 approved the Deferred Improvement Agreement (referred to herein as the “Agreement”) between 14 Mohammed S. Altarb (referred to herein as the “Developer”) for this location; and 15 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has agreed to enter into a Deferred Improvement 16 Agreement with Mohammed Shaya Altarb to allow for the deferral of the required 17 improvements specified in the attached “Deferred Improvement Agreement” for the property located on 314 N. 2nd 18 Street, Patterson, CA 95363; and 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 20 that it hereby accepts the deferral of the improvements described in the Deferred Improved 21 Agreement and authorizes the City Manager to sign the “Agreement” and directs the City Clerk 22 of the City of Patterson to record the “Agreement”.
23 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18th 24 day of June 2024 by who moved its adoption, which motion was 25 duly seconded by _________________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call 26 vote:
