RESOLUTION NO. 2024-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON
AMENDING THE PROCUREMENT POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson (“City”) adopted a Procurement Policy in 2012 to guide City employees and ensure a fair and efficient procurement process; and WHEREAS, when the Procurement Policy was adopted, the City simultaneously amended Chapter 3.08, Procurement, of the Patterson Municipal Code, and the Procurement Policy aligned with the amendments to Chapter 3.08; and
WHEREAS, the City is in the process of amending Chapter 3.08, and the Procurement Policy needs to be updated to align with these amendments; and WHEREAS, additional non-substantive amendments to the Procurement Policy add clarification and guidance for staff; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson that it hereby amends the Procurement Policy.
