BACKGROUND
Motion to Approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 873, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 873, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On June 18, 2024 the City Council approved the First reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 873 in regards to Amending Chapter 3.08, Procurement, of the Patterson Municipal Code. Staff is now requesting for the City Council to approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 873, with no changes as presented and hereto attached
