RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Street Closure and waiver of city fees, for National Night Out road closure, scheduled for August 6, 2024.
BACKGROUND
National Night Out has been an ongoing safety program in Patterson for many years. This year the Stanislaus County Sheriffs Department would like to close N. Del Puerto Ave. between N. El Circulo and Plaza and reserve North Park, to host a special safety event.
The request for street closures is as follows:
EVENT
Tuesday, August 6, 2024
From 4:00pm -7:00pm
Set up starting at 2:00 pm, Tear down starting at 8:30pm Street Closures during Event:
· N. Del Puerto Ave. between N. El Circulo and Plaza, Plaza Circle will remain open.

ANALYSIS
This is a collaborated City Wide event. The Event Coordinator has complied with submitting the following information:
• Insurance and Endorsement - Insured by the City of Patterson • Special Event Application
• Site Street Closure Map
FISCAL IMPACT
This is a community event hosted by the City of Patterson, and the city's costs associated with the event are included in the annual budget, and are primarily related to staff time spent to host the event.
