Services Contract
2 This is a Time-and-Material contract for the support of on-demand support activities. It also provides additional GIS mapping of new facilities not contained within the CAD files or previously imported from other sources. The services that Websoft may provide under this contract include those listed below for all City departments.
Websoft will charge the City on a time-basis rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval for all work on this agreement. Authorization to work will be provided by email and documentation of changes will be provided in either PDF format (e.g., as-built drawings) or GIS work orders within the MobileMMS application. The hourly rates for these services will vary based on the work performed.
Rates are included in the attached table.
Our services include GIS and Customer Implementation for Asset Management, Work Orders, Customer Service, Citizen Request and Backflow Management. We will convert all existing data sources and publish the City's GIS on our ArcGIS server platform. This implementation cost includes any future modifications to implemented activities. We will meet periodically to implement new features or discuss modifications to existing features. $10,000.00

Terms & Conditions
Recurring yearly fees will be billed annually with 1 initial payment. Annual renewal will be billed automatically unless customer cancels services prior to renewal date. Renewal rates will include an annual increase equal to 5%. This increase will be waived with a 3 year or longer contract.
