RESOLUTION NO. 2024-53
A RESOLUTION OF TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, APRPOVING THE CONTRACT WITH WEBSOFT DEVELOPERS, INC. FOR
MOBILE MMS SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZE CITY STAFF TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT UTILIZING THE APROVED FY 24/25 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has contracted with Websoft Developer, Inc. since 2019 for Mobile MMS Software License; and
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson, City Council has authorized staff to execute the three-year contract starting January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Patterson Authorizes the use of the approved FY 24/25 Budget to make payment due to bring contract current; and NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Patterson approved the three year contract with Websoft Developers, Inc. in the amount of $29,900 per year and the amount not to exceed $10,000 per year for extra support services needed; and.
The foregoing resolution of the City Council of the City of Patterson was passed by the City Council at a special meeting held on the 3
