RESOLUTION NO. 2024-57
A RESOLUTION OF TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON,
APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO REIMBURSE THE PATTERSON JOINT
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR COSTS FOR JOINT USE OF THE
WALNUT GROVE COMMUNITY GYMNASIUM
WHEREAS, On March 6, 2006, the City of Patterson entered into an agreement with the Patterson Joint Unified School District for joint use of the Walnut Grove Community Gymnasium. The agreement provided for reimbursement of costs for using the gym and the school district was to invoice the city for such use, and; WHEREAS, The City of Patterson desires to continue using the Walnut Grove Community Gymnasium, and;
WHEREAS, the Council Authorizes the Finance Department to make the necessary budget adjustments for Fiscal Year 2024-25 in order to reimburse the Patterson Joint Unified School District for costs in the amount of $64,440.56, and; WHEREAS, the City of Patterson will commit to use the appropriated funds only to reimburse the identified costs.
NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Patterson Authorize the reimbursement to the Patterson Joint Unified School District for costs to use the Walnut Grove Gym.
The foregoing resolution of the City Council of the City of Patterson was passed by the City Council at a special meeting held on the 24 th day of September 2024,
