RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve street closure and waiver of city fees, for Community Health and Resource Fair road closure, scheduled for October 5, 2024.
BACKGROUND
Invest in Me would like to close N. Del Puerto between Plaza and El Circulo for safety purposes during the health fair. The applicant has reserved North Park as well and will coordinate a Saturday Farmers Market in conjunction with the Health Fair event.
The request for street closures is as follows:

From 7:00am -2:00pm
Set up starting at 7:00 am, Tear down starting at 1:00pm Street Closures during Event:
· N. Del Puerto between Plaza and El Circulo closed. Plaza Circle will remain open.

This is a collaborated Community event. The Event Coordinator has complied with submitting the following information:
