Strategic Plan Framework
What is Strategic
Planning?
4 Strategic planning is the process of setting goals
and making plans to achieve those goals.

It involves looking at where you are now, where
you want to be in the future, and figuring out
how you're going to get there.

It helps your organization focus your efforts and
resources on the most important things and
make decisions that will help them achieve their
desired outcomes.
