RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve street closure and city sponsorship for Patterson Christmas Festival Events on Saturday, December 7, 2024 and request for support and City funding.
BACKGROUND
The Patterson-Westley Chamber of Commerce is hosting it's annual Christmas Festival on December 7, 2024. They are requesting support from the City for this event. A letter requesting a donation from the City to help cover the costs of awards, prizes, lighting, portable toilets and advertising and printing was submitted. Below are street closure details.

This is a community event hosted by the Patterson-Westley Chamber of Commerce. The Christmas Festival has been a city co-sponsored event. In-kind support costs associated with the event are included in the annual budget, and are primarily related to staff time spent to host the event.
Applicant is requesting a donation of $4,000 from the City of Patterson. Funded through the City Promotion Event Fund Account - 100-120-6607.
