BACKGROUND
Motion to Approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 878, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 878, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On November 19, 2024 the City Council approved the First reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 878 in regards to , Amending Chapter 16.44 of the Patterson Municipal Code (Dedication-Park and Recreation) to Update the City’s Quimby Ordinance. Staff is now requesting for the City Council to approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 878, with no changes as presented and hereto attached.
