6.11. Approve Resolution No. 2024-72, Accepting as Complete, the Citywide Water Metering Project, Authorizing Staff to File the Notice of Completion and Release Retention.
6.12. Approve Resolution No. 2024-71, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Patterson, Declaring the Results of the City of Patterson Municipal Election Consolidated with the Presidential General Election Held Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

7.1. Finance - Approve Resolution No. 2024-73 Adopting updated User Fees and Authorize the new User Fees and also increases to previously approved User Fees based on CPI as set forth in the Comprehensive User Fee Study dated September 2019.
