RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 72
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON,
ACCEPTING THE CITYWIDE WATER METERING PROJECT AS COMPLETE,
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the Contractor, “Flowline Contractors, Inc.,” has completed all work for the Citywide Water Metering Project, bounded by Rogers Road to the west, Sycamore Avenue to the east, Zacharias Avenue to the north and Poppy Avenue to the south, in accordance with the contract requirements and plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be accepted as complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and release the Final Retention Payment for the project.
The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on December 17, 2024, by ____________, who moved the its adoption, which was duly seconded by ________________________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
