The following information is provided as an update regarding the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meeting activities during the month of September and updates for previously approved projects.
Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers. 5-Member Commission

Parks & Recreation & Beautification Commission Meeting:
On January 15, 2025, the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission was cancelled due to lack of quorum. The agenda items are listed below
1. Follow up with Carlos from the Recreation Department regarding Chalk Art (Recreation Supervisor Pollinger)
2. Any quotes for the plumbing issues at the Museum (Deputy Director Guluarte)
3. Community Garden results from the team with finding an individual or organization to have it be sustainable (PRBC members)

The next regular meeting will be scheduled for February 19, 2025.The meeting will be held in person in the City Council Chambers.
