2 RESOLUTION NO. 2025-08
3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 5 ACCEPTING THE OFF-SITE WORK AS COMPLETE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO 6 FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE SYCAMORE AVENUE MEDIAN 7 BETWEEN ENGLISH BIRCH AVENUE AND SOMERSET WAY.
8 9 WHEREAS, the Developer/Owner, “Greg Galletly (VOP 2.1, LLC )”, and the 10 Contractor, “Ross F. Carroll Inc.” have completed all the public improvements for the 11 Patterson Sycamore Avenue Median (Phase 2) Ph in accordance with the Development 12 Agreement requirements and plans and specifications; and 13 WHEREAS, the Engineering and Public Works Department have inspected the 14 work and recommended that the project be accepted as complete. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 16 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the City 17 of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion and commence the Warranty Period for the 18 Sycamore Avenue Median (Phase 2)
19 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 4
th 20 day of March 2025 by _______________, who moved its adoption, which 21 motion was duly seconded by _____________, and the resolution adopted by the 22 following roll call vote:
