RESOLUTION NO. 2025-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 MID YEAR BUDGET REVIEW REPORT
AND ADOPTING ITS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REVISING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City is required by law to approve a budget prior to the beginning of each fiscal year, and finds it prudent to review the status of the budget at Mid-Year each year; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director and other City Department Heads have undertaken a thorough review and projected revenues and expenditures for the remainder of the fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City Council of City of Patterson has been presented with a Mid-Year Budget Review Report, and Staff recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Mid-Year Budget Review Report and wishes to approve and adopt the Staff recommendations and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson hereby approves and adopts the Staff recommendations included in the Mid-Year Budget Review Report presented by the City Manager.
The foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson held on the 18th day of March 2025, by ______________, who moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded by __________________, and it was upon roll call carried and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
