2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 4 APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CYNTHIA HOMEN TO THE STANISLAUS 5 ANIMAL SERVICES AGENCY (SASA) COMMITTEE FOR A 2-YEAR TERM 6 7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Patterson acknowledges the current needs of 8 the Stanislaus Animal Services Agency (SASA) Advisory Committee; and 9 10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Patterson has determined that Cynthia 11 Homes is qualified to serve and represent the City of Patterson on the SASA Advisory 12 Committee; and
13 14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Patterson has received a staff report 15 recommending the appointment of Cynthia Homen to the SASA Advisory Committee, a copy of 16 which is attached hereto; and
17 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of 19 Patterson hereby recommends the appointment of Cynthia Homen to the Stanislaus Animal 20 Services Agency (SASA) Advisory Committee, effective immediately; and 21 22 BE FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Patterson 23 acknowledges and approves the appointment of Cynthia Homes to the SASA Advisory 24 Committee for a 2-year term.
