PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Wayfinding Sign Program is an opportunity for the City of Patterson to incorporate a brand that creates a welcoming environment by providing decorative signs throughout City that appeal to the public and help provide direction. This Project consists of fabricating two prototype signs as a base for the City’s Wayfinding Sign Program.
City staff to Install:
One ±17’ tall sign to be installed at Ward Avenue & Las Palmas Avenue. One ±14’ tall sign to be installed at Las Palmas Avenue & 9th Street. This Project went out to bid through the City’s informal bidding process offering two design options.
Staff requests direction form City Council on the sign design selection.
