LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
TO BE VACATED BY THE CITY OF PATTERSON
All of that certain real property situate in the City of Patterson, County of Stanislaus, State of California described as follows:
Being a portion of the northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian and being further described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain parcel of land designated as "REMAINDER" on the Parcel Map for Patterson Industrial Center, LLC, filed for record on July 1, 2009 in Book 56 of Parcel Maps at Page 30, Stanislaus County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 25.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the easterly terminus of that certain course designated as "South 89°50'35" East, 475.39'" as shown on said map, being the southeast corner of Parcel "A" (Basin) as shown on the Parcel Map for Keystone West Business Park - Phase 1 filed in Book 56 of Parcel Maps, Page 01, Stanislaus County Records; thence from said point of commencement, along the southerly line of said Parcel "A", North 89°50'35" West, 27.59 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence from said point of beginning, leaving said southerly line, South 53°18'50" West, 539.70 feet to the southerly line of said Remainder, said point being the terminus of the herein described centerline and strip.
The sidelines of said strip shall be lengthened or shortened as necessary to terminate at said southerly line of said Parcel "A" and said southerly line of said Remainder.
