The following information is provided as an update regarding the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meeting activities during the month of November and updates for previously approved projects.
Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers. 5-Member Commission

Parks & Recreation & Beautification Commission Meeting:
The regular meeting scheduled for May 21, 2025, was held in person at 5:00 p.m. The agenda items are listed below.
1. Vice-Chair Weyhrauch is inquiring, what’s the process when developer has ownership of the newly built parks (Baldwin Ranch)?
2. Commissioner Blanco requesting a copy of the existing Park Master Plans to review for potential project alignment (Early Gold Park potential full basketball court). Reviewing the plan and identifying potential areas for renovation or development
3. Commissioner Marci is interested in the Downtown Circle Master Plans as well with injunction with safety and parking for residents and visitors to the Downtown Circle.

The next regular meeting will be scheduled for June 18, 2025. The meeting will be held in person in the City Council Chambers.

Senior Commission meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 10:00am alternating between the City Hall Chambers and the Hammon Senior Center. 5-Member Commission:
