NOTICE TO LIEN PROPERTY

Enclosed please find invoices for weed abatement. Please be advised that if this invoice remains outstanding by June 17, 2025, the following will occur:
A lien in the amount of the invoice plus any additional fees, will be placed on the property.
Failure to pay this amount by June 17, 2025, will result in a City Council Meeting to lien your property.
The invoice amount plus all additional fees, will be eligible for submission to the Stanislaus County Assessor’s Office for collection with the annual property tax bill, and will be forwarded to that office for inclusion in the property tax bill.
