4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 6 APPROVING THE 2025 REGIONAL SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL PLAN 7 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE CITY OF 8 PATTERSON AND STANISLAUS COUNTY; AUTHORIZING THE
9 CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE 10 CITY CLERK TO FILE THE AGREEMENT
11 12 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of June 17, 2025 the City Council of the 13 City of Patterson approved the 2025 Regional Solid Waste Disposal Plan Memorandum of 14 Understanding (referred to herein as the “MOU”) between the City of Patterson (referred to 15 herein as the “City”) and Stanislaus County; and
16 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has agreed to the terms of the MOU as specified in the 17 attached document, attached hereto as Exhibit “B;” and 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 19 that it hereby accepts the deferral of the improvements described in the MOU and authorizes the 20 City Manager to sign the “MOU”, and directs the City Clerk of the City of Patterson to file the 21 “MOU”.
22 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 17th 23 day of June 2025 by who moved its adoption, which motion was 24 duly seconded, by ________________ and the resolution was adopted by the following vote:
