4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 6 APPROVING A DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
7 DAN VANDER POL OF MDHE ENTERPRISES, LLC; AUTHORIZING THE 8 CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND AUTHORIZING THE 9 CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT 10 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of July 15, 2025 the City Council of the 11 City of Patterson approved the Deferred Improvement Agreement (referred to herein as the 12 “Agreement”) between Dan Vander Pol, MDHE Enterprises, LLC (referred to herein as the 13 “Developer”) for APN# 021-093-012, located on 275 S. Rogers Road, Patterson, CA 95363; and 14 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has agreed to defer necessary improvements specified 15 in the attached documents, attached hereto as Exhibit “A” for the property located on 275 S. 16 Rogers Road, Patterson, CA 95363; and
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 18 that it hereby accepts the deferral of the improvements described in the Deferred Improved 19 Agreement, and authorizes the City Manager to sign the “Agreement”, and directs the City Clerk 20 of the City of Patterson to record the “Agreement”.
21 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15th 22 day of July 2025 by who moved its adoption, which motion was 23 duly seconded by _________________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call 24 vote:
