4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 6 APPROVING A DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
7 DAN VANDER POL OF MDHE ENTERPRISES, LLC; AUTHORIZING THE 8 CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND AUTHORIZING THE 9 CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT 10 11 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of August 19, 2025 the City Council of 12 the City of Patterson approved the Deferred Improvement Agreement (referred to herein as the 13 “Agreement”) between Dan Vander Pol, MDHE Enterprises, LLC (referred to herein as the 14 “Developer”) for APN# 021-093-012, located on 275 S. Rogers Road, Patterson, CA 95363; and 15 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has agreed to defer necessary improvements specified 16 in the attached documents, attached hereto as Exhibit “A” for the property located on 275 S. 17 Rogers Road, Patterson, CA 95363; and
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 19 that it hereby accepts the deferral of the improvements described in the Deferred Improved 20 Agreement, and authorizes the City Manager to sign the “Agreement”, and directs the City Clerk 21 of the City of Patterson to record the “Agreement”.
22 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19th 23 day of August 2025 by who moved its adoption, which motion was 24 duly seconded______________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
