Being a dedication for a 10-foot-wide easement for a sanitary sewer pipeline on a portion of property described in that certain Grant Deed filed as Document Number 2012-0048164, Stanislaus County Records, more particularly described as follows:
The easterly 10 feet of the 20-foot-wide abandoned alley lying adjacent to Lots 1-5 and the northerly half of lot 6, in Block 84 of the Town of Patterson, as shown on that certain map filed for record January 9, 1912, in Volume 6 of Maps, Page 22, Stanislaus County Records.
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Note: this easement being for the non-exclusive benefit of that certain parcel described in Document Number 2011-0036897, Stanislaus County Records Sanitary Sewer Easement containing 1375 square feet more or less July 24,2025
