The special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:01 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:

Employee Organization: American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 10 (AFSCME), Professional Management-Mid Management Employees Association (PMMEA), Unrepresented Employees and Patterson Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 4577.

At 6:06 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to closed session.

At 7:04 p.m., Mayor Clauzel announced that the City Council would reconvene into Closed Session following the conclusion of the Regular Meeting.
6. Adjournment
At 9:10 p.m. Mayor Clauzel announced that, regarding Items 1.a through 1.g, direction had been provided to staff.
There being no further business, the special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of September 2, 2025 was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
