RESOLUTION NO. 2025-75
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON OF CONCURRENCE
AND SUPPORT OF THE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025 PREPARED FOR THE STANISLAUS URBAN COUNTY AND STANISLAUS HOME CONSORTIUM.
WHEREAS, the Stanislaus Urban County which includes the Cities of Oakdale, Hughson, Newman, Patterson, Ceres, Riverbank, Waterford, and the unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County have received and expended CDBG funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for FY 2024-2025; and
WHEREAS, the Stanislaus HOME Consortium which includes the Stanislaus Urban County and the City of Turlock, and the unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County have received HOME funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for FY 2024-2025; and WHEREAS, the City as a member of the Stanislaus Urban County and the HOME Consortium is required to assist the County in the CAPER process to report their project status and to document progress made in accomplishing goals set forth in the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan; and WHEREAS, the Draft CAPER was available for a 15-day public review period from August 8, 2025 to allow the public the opportunity to review and provide comments prior to the public hearing by the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors scheduled for September 16, 2025.
WHEREAS, The City of Patterson conducted a duly noticed public community meeting on August 21, 2025, and received no input from the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patteson as follows:
adopts a Resolution of Concurrence and Support of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Fiscal Year 2024-2025 prepared by Stanislaus County and the Stanislaus HOME Consortium.
This resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson, held on the 2
