RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Street Closure for the Farm to Fork Dinner Fundraiser event for the City of Patterson, Youth and Senior Scholarship Program, located at the Old Water Office and extending out into N. 3rd Street on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
BACKGROUND
City of Patterson Recreation and Community Services Department and the Farm to Fork Community Committee Host an Annual Farm to Fork Fundraiser for the City of Patterson’s Youth and Senior Scholarship Program. This event will take place in the patio and outdoor event space at the Old Water Office Restaurant and will extend out onto N. 3rd Street on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 6:00PM - 9:00PM.
The request for the street closure is as follows:

Set up starting at 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Dismantle 9:00PM - 11:00PM Street Closure during event:
N 3rd Street between 11 Plaza Circle to 26 N. 3rd Street Access to Alley behind Plaza.

ANALYSIS
This is a City sponsored event to raise funds for the Recreation Youth and Senior Scholarship Program. This program provides funding for low-income youth and senior citizens to participate in recreation activities offered through the Recreation and Community Services Department. The Recreation and Community Services Department and the Farm to Fork Community Committee will oversee the event.

FISCAL IMPACT
This event is included in the 25/26 budget and will provide revenue for the City of Patterson Youth and Senior Scholarship Program.
