The following information is provided as an update regarding the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meeting activities during the month of November and updates for previously approved projects.
Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers. 5-Member Commission

Parks & Recreation & Beautification Commission Meeting:
August 20, 2025, the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission was cancelled due to lack of quorum. The agenda items are listed below.
1. Vice-chair Weyhrauch to recap of PRBC request to the City Council by reviewing new park plans before final draft.
2. Commissioner Marci will review Downtown Circle Master Plans and provide comments about parking and safety.
3. Chair Virgen follow up with Neil process with naming the “no name park”.
4. Supervisor Pollinger presenting “Month at a Glance” for major events that PIO has reviewed and approved.

The next regular meeting will be scheduled for September 17, 2025. The meeting will be held in person in the City Council Chambers.
