The special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the city of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:

At 6:03 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to closed session.

At 7:15 p.m., Mayor Clauzel announced that, regarding Items 1.a through 1.c, direction had been provided to staff.

There being no further business, the special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of October 28, 2025 was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
