The special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

City Attorney Goldstein requested that Items 1b and 1c be pulled from the agenda, as no updates were available.
The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
