The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Conference with Labor Negotiator per Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: City Manager Ulloa.
