The special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:01 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Roque.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Conference with Labor Negotiator per Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: City Manager Ulloa. Employee Organization: American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 10 (AFSCME), Professional Management-Mid Management Employees Association (PMMEA), Unrepresented Employees and Patterson Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 4577. b. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation (Gov. Code, § 54956.9) Name of Case: (Keystone Ranch, LLC v. City of Patterson, et al., Stanislaus Superior Court Case No. CV-24-003269)

At 6:04 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to closed session.

At 7:05 p.m., Mayor Pro Tem announced the following: Regarding Items A and D, direction was provided to staff. Regarding Items B and C, there is no reportable action.
