The Special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Gov. Code Section 54957(b)(1); Title: City Manager
b. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation (Gov. Code, § 54956.9) Name of Case: (Keystone Ranch, LLC v. City of Patterson, et al., Stanislaus Superior Court Case No. CV-24-003269).
c. Conference with Real Property Negotiator per Government Code Section 54956.8. Agency Negotiation: Fernando Ulloa City Manager and Mike Willett, City of Patterson Page 2 Updated 2/23/2026
Assistant City Manager, City of Patterson Negotiating Parties: Yadira Arteaga Property: 131-006-029 (Located on B Street between S. 3rd and S. 4th Street Patterson). Under Negotiation: Price & Terms of Payment. d. Acting Fire Chief - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.

At 6:01 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to Closed Session.
