The Special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patteson of April 21, 2026 was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

At 6:03 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to Closed Session.

At 7:08 p.m. Mayor Clauzel reported that following closed session Item 1c, deliberations on a liability claim pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.95 (Claimant: Ivan Nguyen, Claim No. FR103716), the Council voted 5-0 to deny the claim. Regarding all other items, direction was provided to staff.
