The special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:

Council will take no action other than referring the item to staff for study and analysis and may place the item on a future agenda (Resolution 92-25).
In order that all interested parties have an opportunity to speak, any person addressing the Council will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes unless the Mayor grants a longer period of time (Resolution 2025-11).

4. Adjourn to Closed Session
At 6:04 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to closed session.

5. Report from Closed Session (if any)
At 7:13 Mayor Clauzel announced that the closed session will reconvene at end of the Regular Meeting Session.
6. Adjournment
At 7:13 p.m., the Closed Session was recessed. Mayor Clauzel announced that the remaining Closed Session items would be reconvened following the conclusion of the Regular Meeting.
At 9:43 p.m. Mayor Clauzel recessed the Regular Meeting at 9:43 p.m. and reconvened the Closed Session to continue discussion of the remaining closed session items listed on the agenda.
At 10:15 p.m. Mayor Clauzel reported the following out of Closed Session:
Direction was provided to staff.
There being no further business, the meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of June 2, 2026 was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
