At 7:04 p.m. Mayor Clauzel reported that direction had been provided to staff on Items A and B.
City Council will adjourn the closed session and be on recess and will reconvene at the end of the open session to address the remainder items.

At 7:04 p.m. the City Council recessed from Closed Session and will reconvene at the end of the Regular Session.
At 9:18 p.m. Mayor Clauzel announced that regarding Items C through I, direction had been provided to staff.
There being no further business, the special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of July 21, 2026 was adjourned at 9:18 p.m.
