Call to Order
The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Clauzel.
The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
Conference with Legal Counsel Anticipated litigation pursuant to (Gov. Code, §54956.9)(d)(2): 2 cases
Conference with Labor Negotiator per Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: City Manager Ulloa, Consultant Clark Employee Organization:
Professional Management-Mid Management Employees Association (PMMEA) Statements of Conflict

Adjourn to Closed Session
At 6:02 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to closed session.
Report from Closed Session (if any)
At 7:04 p.m. Mayor Clauzel reported that the City Council approved a Settlement and Release Agreement between the City of Patterson, Northeast Territories Patterson LLC, and VOP 2.1 LLC by a 4-0 vote with one absence. The agreement will be made available for public viewing upon execution.
Direction was provided to staff on the remaining two items.

There being no further business, the special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of August 18, 2026 was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
