Call to Order
The special (closed) session meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, Council Chambers at 6:12 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Roque.
The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Gov. Code, § 54956.9(d)(2): Two (2) potential matters.

Adjourn to Closed Session
At 6:14 p.m. there being no further items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to Closed Session.
Report from Closed Session (if any)
At 7:24 p.m. Deputy City Attorney White reported that the City Council had not concluded its consideration of the Closed Session items and that there was no reportable action at that time. The City Council would return to Closed Session following the Special Meeting.
Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of September 2, 2026 was recessed to open session at 7:25 p.m.
