1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.
Mayor Vargas called the Special Joint City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Nava, Corona (via Zoom), Rabb, Rogers, Vargas
Staff Member's Present: City Manager Miramontes, Assistant City Manager Bugtai, Deputy City Manager Reyna, City Attorney Khuu, Deputy City Attorney Fox, Director of Development Services Phung, Project Consultant Motlagh and Engineering Consultant Saber
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Mayor Pro Tem Nava led the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Mayor Vargas called for Public Comment. There was no Public Comment.
5. CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Khuu announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session regarding the items listed on the agenda.
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:02 p.m.
