CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McDonnell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION
1. Receive a presentation and provide feedback related to the City’s General Plan Update, including feedback on the Draft Blueprint for Carbon Neutrality and the public review process for the draft policy frameworks, and conduct a workshop to review and discuss the areas of land use alternatives.
The Mayor explained there would be a public comment for each section of the presentation. Director of Community Development Brian Oh introduced the item.
Mayor McDonnell opened the public comment on the Blueprint for Carbon Neutrality section.

Mayor McDonell called for a recess at 6:53 p.m.; Council reconvened at 7:09 p.m.
Mayor McDonnell opened the public comment on the Policy Frameworks section; receiving none, he closed the public comment.
Mayor McDonnell opened the public comment on the Land Use Alternatives first section.
